Location

Pakwash Lake Camp is a Drive in fishing resort located 15 minutes North of Ear Falls Ontario, 35 minutes South of Red Lake Ontario, just south of Pakwash Provincial Park. Located on the central east beach shoreline of Pakwash Lake.

The Pakwash Lake System is situated at the junction of three mighty Northern Ontario rivers, the Chukuni River, the Trout River and the English River. These three rivers drain much of the region and are responsible for the high productivity of these lakes.

Ear Falls is situated in the heart of Sunset Country on the English River just west of Lac Seul, the second largest lake entirely within Ontario. There are six large river systems in the area – the English River, Woman River, Trout Lake River, Chukuni River, Cedar River and Wenesaga River, each flowing through a chain of lakes and offer a world class fishery.

The area is a popular destination for trophy fishing and hunting trips and memorable family vacations. Ear Falls, the “Bald Eagle Capital of North America”, boasts several top rated resorts in the area, ranging from drive-in housekeeping cabins to full-service American Plan packages to remote boat-in camps. There are also many fly-in outpost cabins that are accessed by float planes out of Ear Falls, and Red Lake.
